Yeah, as a matter of policy, what we've been trying to do is, since the plan itself was adopted in October of last year, became active, or it was implemented January 1, 2026, things that came in were submitted before 2026, reviewed under the previous comprehensive plan, and things after January 1, 2026 under the new plan.
